We have a bigger show here in Indy a few times a year. They call it the 1500, so I’m assuming that’s how many tables they have. Mostly new plastic guns. Some older, overpriced stuff mixed in with the beef jerky and cinnamon almond guys. I hit it maybe once every four or five years. I always suggest it to someone who’s looking for a new polymer pistol because odds are good they can handle a lot of variants and find a dece deal

There is a small local show that is only about 15 minutes away from me. I can walk the whole show in less than an hour and keep track of anything I might want to go back and look at. It’s getting invaded by dealers with tables of new crap, but there always a lot of tables with older oddball stuff. I’ve picked up odd new services, 50-70 trapdoors, and a
Few neat 22’s there in the past few years. I don’t hit it every time it’s in town but I try to go at least a couple times a year. I often walk out with nothing but a $5 ink stamp on my hand but I generally see some neat stuff and talk to some good old dudes.
