Google .22 reamer. $40 to rent, $79 to buy, DIY. It's worth it to buy IMO, can be done easily by hand. If you DIY, 50/50 STP or generic and ATF is the best tapping, drilling, metal cutting fluid there is a Macgyverism I learned while working 25 years in a metallurgical test lab.
