Yes I have.....
After a while the ram will get gunked up with dried oil and powder residue. If wiping it down and re-oiling it doesn't smooth it up you need to drop the ram completely out, clean it really good and apply a thin coat of non sticky oil. Make sure to clean out the inside of the ram tunnel and oil all the pivot points on the linkage. Pretty simple, straight forward procedure, just a few screws and nuts and she'll come apart, just watch out for the spring under the turret, it likes to launch.
