Bicycling, who else?
Wife and I bike two or three times a week if the weather permits. No road work though. We have a really nice greenway in town that gives us a nice twelve mile ride. Julie rides a comfort bike. I ride a hybrid. We also have a creeper trail on a railroad grade about an hour from here that you can really open up and do some miles. Really enjoy the bikes.
