Great for you...dreams can come true. I have been shooting an 1866 24" full Oct Bl 45 Colt in SASS for years, no short stroke. Close enough to the '73 for me and smoother than the Marlin 45 Colt 24" Oct bl I started with. I hope the '73 is everything you expected.
