Another one I've checked occasionally is brightguy.com.
You can also find all kinds of batteries for low prices on ebay. Everybody in my family has a few cheap quartz watches and when they go dead I buy new batteries and put in them. I've noticed that a typical watch battery in the local drug store is $4 or more. I've found them on ebay for closer to $1 including shipping. Sometimes I buy 2 for under $3 and then I have a spare.
