Anyone here own/shoot a crossbow?
I've been thinking about getting a recurve crossbow for quite a few years. It can be used for hunting here in Washington during rifle season in some zones, but is otherwise only for disabled folks.
Not too interested in hunting with one, but the whole idea is intriguing to me, the more so as arthritis, back issues, and elbow problems have impacted my bowmanship with long or recurve bows. Have been looking at the Tenpoint GT Flex, along with some mid-range Excaliburs.
Any comments?
