Possible solution.....
I just swap forearms around Til I get one that shoots good on a problem rifle. I have only had one problem rifle ... It is now a tack driver a d the donor rifle shoots good with the swapped forearm as well. Wood matched fine too. All the other tricks I have tried did not work as well.
