To do over again,
Even with kosher .41 brass I would try seating .40/10mm bullets backwards into the cases with the nose serving as the heel of the bullet. We use normal .45 colt bullets loaded backwards in the percussion horse colts replicas. Lighter weight .45 acp bullets work in the belt colts but the nose crunches down into the powder.
