Henry's customer service is pretty decent. I don't care for that weird shaped lever on the carbine, but their little 22 is a sweet handling rifle and folks I've talked to seem to hold their other rifles in high esteem. The negative comments I've read have been directed at their sixgun, it is ugly is the opinion of many. Haven't seen on in person yet so I reserve personal judgment in that area.
