Creeping up on 7mm Mag
A friend of mine related a story to me about his co-worker who "traded up" a nice .270 for a 7 Mag.
"Why'd you do that?" my friend inquired.
The answer was along the lines of "less bullet drop." He figured the 7 would shoot flatter. Apparently he hadn't done his math... the difference wasn't nearly worth the effort.
