2005? 06? something like that. He put out a call for folks to bring Dutch ovens and he would make us all chili over the fire if I remember. I brought one but he didn't need to use it. We corresponded a little afterwards. Somewhere, I have his "Bug Killer and Hot Sauce" recipe tucked away.
