The flights went well, as did immigration and customs. My sisters picked me up and I stayed at my older sister's place. Then winter weather kicked in so I've been catching up with my sister and brother-in-law and waiting for a break in the weather SO as to continue my journey north.
Mom's physical health has been improving, for which we are grateful. Thank you all for your prayers and encouragement.
