I have a Stag Arms that's utterly reliable and accurate with a chrome lined bore and all that. I have a PSA upper with a nitrided 1:7 barrel that is utterly reliable and fairly accurate with bulk ammo and pretty darned good with handloads, but it can be fussy about which loads are accurate. For a homeland defense tool it's more than adequate and robust. So I pretty much have those needs covered already.
