are there modern ARs that are not accurate?

It seems that even the lower priced barrel brands can be very accurate. Of course accuracy is relative. I've seen people try to do benchrest competition with ARs which is obviously pretty demanding on the barrel. OTOH it is pretty easy to get any decent AR to shoot less than 1 MOA. And I thought most builders could supply stainless or carbon steel barrels. You might be best off to select the parts that you want and either build it yourself or find a local smith to put it together.
