More information needed...
To really get an idea of what would work the best for you we need more information.
What kind of firearm is this for and what kind of shooting is involved.
I note that many times I see very cheap optics on very nice rifles. In fact a neighbor has a Walmart $20.00 Chinese Tasco on a classic Sako sporter. He thinks it's great.
A reasonable factor for picking a telescope is to spend about as much on telescopes as on the rifle. After all it is the only connection between you and your target.
