I have a bunch of those too...
I glue the head of a small nail to the side of the case and then stick a short length of wooden dowel on the nail for a handle. Bullseye or Unique in a jar with a piece of plastic credit card rubber-banded across the top for a strike-off plate, is about as fast, easy and accurate as anything I have tried.
