It is an interesting revolver. Chic Ghaylord covered these fairly extensively in his book, and I have always had an interest in obtaining one but never did anything about it until I realized the wife needed an upgrade to her armament. What a mistake on my part, these handle amazingly well and are much easier to shoot than their 2" brethren.

I will never give up my 642, it is just too handy, but I will be buying another 3" J-frame. I could easily see carrying the 3" with the Airweight 2" as back up.

Otony, who is amazed this board won't allow him to write Ghaylord without using an "h" after the "g".
