Elderly neighbor was working on his generator, somehow fuel spilled onto the cardboard under said generator and also somehow something heated nearby fell onto the cardboard also. Tried to stomp out flames rather than using nearby fire extinguisher, because of neuropathy he didn't realize how badly he burned his foot. Will likely lose some toes now.
