of 'having collected'. For the Marlin .35 Question, it was and is one of my fave MidWest calibers..and in a vintage 336 full rifle, just friendly and accurate as could be. The vintage carbines are pretty dang nice, too, Nothing here new to the gentle reader, but a reminder that quality factory stock rifles have been well made and pleasant to the aesthetic eye. However, at some point, it makes sense to have a 'common militia rifle' [5.56 or 7.62], a light sport rifle or two [.357 and .44/45], and a 'big gasme' rifle of your choice and intended game. Keeps reloading and the rest simple -- which for those of us with multiple-many object working inventories already soaking up attention, time and space, is easier on the mind.

Same with pistols, tho I DO have weakness for ummm... multiples in certain calibers. Y'know..short bbls, long bbls, etc,, Hey, gotta go, work is on the agenda.. and young chessieGurl wants OUt now!!!
