I knew that.

I suffer from an affliction that's quite common among the populace, and although I've attempted to take the cure, I've never been successful.

You see, I suffer from Jackassitis. I've demonstrated that on this forum many times. Even my parish priest will tell you I'm a Jackass. I've gone through the Ten Step program many times, but it's never taken.

Despite that, ask anyone who knows me, I've never met a person I didn't like.

When one is afflicted with this malady, he/she must develop other qualities to compensate, so in no particular order:

I'm truthful
Charitable
Humble
I'm also a handsome individual (I know, that's arguable, but people tell me so)
I'm also proficient in social, folk, and square dancing.

All of these things are positive qualities, although, whether or not they make up for the fact that I'm a wise ass, probably not.
