More SAA help please
OK...I found the problem. The hand itself is broken and not the spring. Now the problem is finding a new one. Brownells offers two Uberti hands, one with a .150 pin and the other with a .118 pin.
Mine has a .113 pin and does not look like the one Brownells sells. Here is a pic of my hand and a pic of what Brownells sells.
