How to trim hundreds of 243 or .308 to 1.2"?

Hi -

I need to trim several hundred 243 or .308 to 1.2". I have drill press, lathe, etc, but no trimming equipment (yet :).

What do you all do? It is likely that I'll need a case trimming set up at some point. Left to my own they'll be cut in a lathe.

Making a batch of M15 .45ACP shotshells.
