I remember the waiting for a new issue of any one of them to show up on the news stand in early 60's. Paper route and grocery sack money drains. "Shooting Times" on folded newsprint. A long ton of 'sporterizing projects', the individual columnists, and etc.

any that were saved were misplaced in moves, or by whim. Did save some Handloader/Rifle stuff for a long time, twice -- especially in the early one's they had top notch everybody, within my limited awareness.
Anyway, nice memory trip. thanks to all.
