Spy on innocent citizens, intimidate and stall any group that stands up for the Constitution, produce Obama propaganda to indoctrinate our children, etc. and so forth.
A good deal of the government can just stay shut down. We would be better off.
If there is a government agency that funds tar, rails, and feathers, I would agree to fund that one.
