Refinishing a Walnut stock

I have had hit and miss luck with getting polyurathane off of a stock. I would likely call Kimber and ask what they recommend to get their stuff off. Absent that, testing an area with the chosen stripper and a Q-Tip would tell the tale. I have never had an issue with an oil finish not taking after stripping poly. Best wishes.
