I have all that diagnostic equipment, the knowledge to use it and I ain't afeared;) The technology can be a problem for a do-it-yourselfer but they go a lot longer without maintenance. Plugs really do last 100,000 miles now and you don't have to change points frequently, reject carbs to certain altitudes, etc. I do like the old stuff too though.
