The knife shown above is a Spyderco.
It was the product of one of their early collaborations, this one with Jess Horn back in the early Nineties.
The model was called, simply, the "Jess Horn".
The model number was C27P (plain edge).
There was also a C27S (serrated), but I've never seen one.
I consider mine my 'BBQ' knife; I carry and use it, but only if my shirt has a collar on it.
