OK...then my first suggestion is to look at the extractor.....it might need more tension on the hook or it might be clocking, rotating off the case rim. Check the fit between the firing pin stop and extractor, is the fit good and tight, not allowing the extractor to rotate. Is the extractor hook radiused on the bottom of the hook?
