Price check: Ruger SP-101 22lr older, 6-shot version
I bought a 4" one, just the gun no box or other items included earlier this summer/spring for $500.00. The Ruger guys on rugerforum.com say 22 lr SP101s are hard to find in general and with boxes and paperwork they sell for $575.00 and maybe more. The 4" gun with a half lug is worth a little more than the full lug 4" because it's a little harder to find. The 2 1/2" guns are also hard to find, so they're in the same price range. The sight adjustments are a little coarse, but they're nice .22s.
