60 round Surefire mags I can get it hot enough to burn...If I ever do that will be the least of my worries.

That video just reminds me of a guy over on AR15.COM who achieved notoriety a few years ago when he said that he took his brand new AR-15 and "Threw it down the driveway a few times" to give it a battle worn look.
He never lived it down.
That's just stupid...
