New Smith 9mm M&P and making accurate hits
I have had some recent experience with the M&P full-sized wondernine. I find that, although the ergonomics feel good, the controls fall readily to hand, and the gun points naturally, it's not real easy to make hits with. I think the issue for me is the trigger, which I have not yet mastered. These Glock-actioned striker-fired weapons just don't feel like a single-action, and I find that I tend to pull them off target in taking the shot.
Now I know that they're not target guns; but I feel like I should be able to hit a baseball at 10 yards every time, and I'm just not quite there. Sounds like more practice is in order.
