480 rims are about .010" too thick to work in a rechambered Ruger cylinder. I relieved the cylinder face, I think Mark took it out of the recoil shield.

The reason we don't hotrod these. That's a factory cylinder that was rechambered to 475 Linebaugh and subsequently sectioned through the bolt notches.

Mine has been in pieces since shortly after SH '10. I took it apart to finish polishing and blue the barrel. Also need to fit a steel ERH and fit a set of ivory grips. Hopefully I'll get it all back together this winter.
