We are en route for a transplant
Got the call and were discharged from U of I hospital immediately.
We are flying by private jet in about 90 minutes. No telling yet if the donor organ will be sound, but it seems to be a match.
Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers, friends. I am shaking, but have taken courage and strength that you all have loaned to us.
I will post an update as soon as news is available.
