I met with the Doctor this morning

The C2 is still healing but is stable. I can take the neck brace off for a few hours during the day when I am sitting, but she wants me to wear it if I go outside or am in a situation where I could fall or get hit and jar things. I am going to start wearing a soft cervical collar and begin rehab on the neck muscles. We are making progress!! I am planning a Range visit!!
