We were scheduled to leave a week from today and I just don't think I'll be that much improved to be able to enjoy the time in the way I'd like to. It's a shame and makes me very sad not to be able to see my friends. Both Melodie and I always look forward to this as it kicks off the spring and summer events.

Rules in my absence:
--Any cool gun must be noted, pictured, posted and brought back again the following year for a proper fondling.
--Auction items may be of any nature providing nothing "too cool" is sold for a pittance.
--Bourbon and tall stories are still allowed without any limitations.
--I will be the final arbiter in any dispute involving what constitutes "cool" and "too cool".
