One of the few joys of my 2 years, 2 months and 11 days term of hard-labour on a knox-class tin can in uncle ronnie's yacht club was thursday night's arkansan farm raised fried rabbit. We were discussing this and thanking and congratulating senior chief cuenta (filipino) on that menu choice.

The fact(s)that he, senior chief cuenta also owned and operated several "chinese" feeding troughs in the mayport-jax.-orange park area was mentioned and the senior chief was asked what was the best dish on his buffet(s) hot tables. He quickly replied "flied labbit"!

Having to had to pass those 60 lb. bags of frozen fried rabbit (farm-raised in arkansas) fire-brigade style, on both helicopter vert-reps and ship to ship un-reps we suspected that uncle actually supplied senior chief cuenta's restaurants with his "flied labbits". So he was asked just where he got his rabbits from. To which he replied, "I empty garbage in alley and carry cweaver and labbit say 'meow' and I go chop-chop !"
