Triple Seven issue?

I've been communicating with David M for a couple of decades or more now and he knows his stuff. Recently he had an issue with some old paper cartridges he'd made up with Triple Seven powder. I'd no idea there was an issue with that powder over time. Guess I'll stick with good ol' FFFg and such. That stuff's good after a century and a half or more!
