38-55 update.......

First off, yes I have the shorter brass, 2.087", measured to be sure. Secondly I thought I had made up a trimmed down case dummy round to test but old age is sinking in on me fast and the phantom case does not exist

Got the trimmer out and trimmed a case back to 2.020" and made up a dummy round, it cycled thru the 336 Cowboy like a champ! So I proceeded to load up some test ammo using the 2.020" case and the .380" diameter bullet. If the weather breaks this weekend, currently raining, I'll go to the range and test them.
