Absolutely, Frank. May the Lord bless her and all of you in dealing with this.
My MIL suffered the same injury not long after my wife and I married. Recovery was a pretty long road, but she eventually wound up with only a slight limp and had to use a cane when outside on uneven ground. Let's pray for the same outcome for your mom.
