What would you value a Ruger 77V in 22-250, made in 1986, red recoil pad, 99+%. This is a the blue and walnut, heavy barrel with the tang safety. I recall these were pretty good shooters. I have a chance at one, but out of touch on the value?
Thanks

The current "Blue Book of Gun Values" shows $450 in 98% condition.
I have one in 220 Swift. Great shooter!

Hope this helps..

Here in MN, tang safety guns hover around $500-575

I paid $560 OTD for a tang safety circa 1986 .25-06, 98% or a little better, with rings in January of this year.

I would ask $600 and negotiate from there. Lots of demand

for the .22-250 and tang safety 77s here in VA. I imagine that $500-550 is what you'll get for it.
