Seems legit - get your money back from scammers...

The subject of the email was merely "$" (sans the quotes) and was furthermore marked [SPAM] by the email system. As if it wasn't clear enough from the quoted text below.

I am here to see that you get all your lost money that you sent to scammers, kindly reply us now for all your lost money

Received from fbitnt1 at isonews2 daht com - obviously a legitimate fed email address.

Are there really people THAT stupid that they'd fall for this?
