I prefer Vodka, with a blue cheese stuffed olive or three...

If one uses gin, the second one is always better...

Yep. The .30-40 would be a good match.

by Hoot @, Diversityville, Liberal-sota, Sunday, January 27, 2019, 09:01 (2064 days ago) @ Bri A

Not willing to part with ~$1600 to get one but still...

Build it yourself!

by John K., Sunday, January 27, 2019, 10:08 (2064 days ago) @ Hoot

Alternately, rolling blocks are good platforms.

Or gitche some 8620 steel and a shaper and make it from scratch.

HAHAHAHA!

by Hoot @, Diversityville, Liberal-sota, Sunday, January 27, 2019, 11:25 (2064 days ago) @ John K.

Yep. Right after the other 10,328 projects already on the books.

Speaking of which....... AHAHAHAHA (I crack myself up) nt.

by Bri A, Monday, January 28, 2019, 21:54 (2062 days ago) @ Hoot

The price does make it unaffordable for me, but definitely agree the choice of a 30-40 is the most interesting.

I do have a No. 3 in that cartridge.

So, the 'light, handy single shot' boxes have been checked but I do like the Martini action.

I do have a No. 3 in that cartridge.

That would be very cool! My goal at this point is to at least shoot each of the guns in stock and hopefully hunt with most of them. Have been thinking about breaking out the Chrony and plenty of water jugs, then record the results just for giggles. Would also like to finish all the projects which have been languishing. Not sure how to pay for even doing that much yet, let along acquiring more toys.

Martini guys...I like it!
