Why can`t I see pictures?

I would like to learn How to see all the pictures , I am signed in , Do I have to download a new program? Please Help if you can. Thanks Frank

There are two links that get you to this forum. You are using the wrong one, as was I until I fixed it yesterday. I don’t think it used to matter. Try this one.
