My gun-phobic MIL

I was going to switch derringers with my son (I inherited one from my BIL). I really don’t care about either one. He accidentally left the UNLOADED derringer alongside the couch cushion this morning and called me. My wife called her gun-phobic mom to tell her it was there. She was afraid one of the two dachshunds would hurt the other with it! Yeah, sure - The male doxy was going to pull it out a blow the female doxy away with an UNLOADED Derringer.
