Don't know of any bolt actions that can use 10/22 barrels as a drop in.

The Ruger American rimfires do use the 10/22 magazines, as Paul pointed out, and they are nice rifles, especially in the Target or Precision Rimfire versions.

The common consensus at RimfireCentral is the the 455 CZ rifles tend to NOT be as accurate as the older 452 series. The idea of interchangeable barrels that are clamped in is excellent in theory, but CZ seems to have not found the magic of building these guns so as to ensure repeatable tolerances. Lots of complaints make it not necessarily the norm, but certainly a known risk.

It hasn't hit the country yet, and we have no way of knowing if it will perform, but all indications would seem to point to the new Tikka T1X rimfire as being a very possible contender. I have one on order (retailed at $419.99 shipped) and have high hopes. We shall see.
