not having a tee vee for 15-17yrs, (due to disgust over ever louder and more shocking commercials, and even more horribly shocking shows, squeezed in between ever growing commercial segments), that when you visit someone or place with these new highdeaf tee vees and look at the attention hounds in the box, their makeup appears heavier than those in a long wooden box, men and women, to the point of appearing as store props or dead people. Absolutely unreal, except to those accustomed/addicted to it. The new normal. And it shows, everywhere.
