Running a business is your livelihood a needs to be a priority, and I fully understand how crazy it can be at Christmas trying to get those shipments out to people who are counting on them to be presents to their love ones. I commend you for working so hard to make sure that your customers have those orders to put under the tree for their friends and family....

Besides, it's your fault... If you weren't such a darn nice guy to talk to, I wouldn't have wanted to talk to you in the first place!!!!!!!!
