Took the 45 Colt Redhawk 7.5" to the range today to check out a load. I think it will do just fine:

I am interested in what bullet and powder your using ? I have two of the .45Colt Redhawks 6inch barrels, And have not played with them much. But that will change soon. Great pictures .
