That is simply
someone's idea of what their personal bisley should look like. No factory jewel hammers or triggers from Ruger (not that I have ever read about), stainless or in the white bisley grip frame and whack the barrel off to ERH length. I have done several customs that have a few similar features but no way on earth it is factory.
